Terms & Conditions 1070 — Platform Rules
This document contains the official terms and conditions governing use of the 1070 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1070 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operator of the 1070 platform. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also available on the platform.
By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age, are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law, and that all information provided at the time of registration is true and accurate.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may only hold one active account on the 1070 platform. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as having been performed by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 1070 customer support immediately through the in-platform channel.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use unauthorised third-party software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination without compensation.
The 1070 platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from regions where its use is prohibited or restricted under local law are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 1070 bears no liability for any legal violations committed by users in such regions.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 1070 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate and lawful sources. 1070 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in certain cases before processing a withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are set and displayed in the wallet section of your account. These limits are subject to change in line with current platform policy. All successful deposits are final and non-reversible except in the case of verified technical errors.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable promotional requirements. 1070 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for accounts under investigation for suspicious activity.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user. Users are encouraged to review the terms of their respective payment providers before making any transaction.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
1070 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including service interruptions, technical issues, or inaccurate information.
In all circumstances, 1070's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount held in the user's account at the time the claim arises, subject to applicable Malaysian law.
1070 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant security checks have been completed.
All content on the 1070 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 1070 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1070.
Any third-party website links that may appear on the platform are provided for user convenience only. 1070 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
1070 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through the available customer support channel.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
